What do Fox’s deliver?
It is easier to ask what Fox’s can’t deliver. There aren’t many things that Fox’s can’t deliver.
Live animals and large frozen loads spring to mind but send us an email or speak to one of our team and challenge us to deliver your weird and wonderful items, we won’t disappoint.
Can we use Fox’s without having an account?
Yes, absolutely no problem at all. The only difference between having an account and not having an account is that clients who have accounts with us get billed in arrears.
Can I pay by cash on delivery?
Unfortunately not, we made this a company policy many years ago. We make it very easy to pay many other ways.
Where can Fox’s collect from and deliver to?
The simple answer is…… from anywhere in the UK to anywhere in the UK.
How quickly can we deliver?
We offer a range of delivery services;
Hotshot – collect now and deliver direct
Same day – collect and deliver the same day
Next day – collect one day and deliver the next working day
Part Load – for items with no rush we can fit it in around other deliveries for maximum cost efficiency.
Can we deliver goods without a signature?
Yes. If pre-arranged, we can deliver without a signature. Please speak to us for the best advice on this.
Can we package items before transporting them?
Of course. Many auctioneers recommend our services to their clients so we are constantly packaging goods prior to transporting them.
What delivery methods do Fox’s use?
We can deliver by road, rail, sea and air.
Do Fox’s offer discounts?
Yes, we can offer discounts to students, NHS, emergency service etc and we ask that this is requested prior to us quoting.
We don’t offer discounts after we have quoted as we always provide our best price the 1st time we quote, based on the information provided to us.
Can Fox’s deliver to inside a house?
In some instances we can and some we can’t.
Unless pre-arranged, pallet deliveries are usually kerbside deliveries, parcel deliveries are usually doorstep deliveries but most others can be delivered to room of choice (risk assessed but the delivery driver).
